We present a gala show every 5 years, it is popularly known as Nagyszereplés. True to popular custom, we named the anniversary performance the Golden Wedding “Aranylakodalom”.
In 1973, Magda and András Temesváry organized a group of young people who would study Hungarian culture right back to its roots.

The members of the Hungarian Scout Folk Ensemble are exclusively active scouts. Members must be at least 14 years old; they must speak, write and read Hungarian fluently; and they must actively participate in their team’s activities.
The group dances, makes its own costumes, sings as a choir, hand-paints eggs for Easter, and celebrates all other holidays according to traditional Hungarian customs. Throughout the year, diverse and enjoyable activities for the members are the research of folk memories, wood carving, painting and numerous dance performances.
